"It never ceases to amaze me that a company that I have paid over 150k in monthly premiums to over the past 8-10 years is unable to even call me and have a conversation to let me know they will be canceling my insurance. I did however receive a handwritten envelope (which truthfully probably was not even written by him) buyer beware…..you are nothing but a paycheck to this insurance agent."
"I apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience caused by the cancellation notice you received regarding your homeowners insurance sent by me. As your agent, I am disappointed by this review because of all the times we have provided remarkable customer service, however understand the importance of timely communication and I take full responsibility for delivering this message to you promptly. I want to assure you that State Farm values your business and regrets having to cancel your homeowners insurance policy. It is important to clarify that this cancellation only applies to your homeowners insurance, not your car insurance. When considering the decision to cancel, we have taken into account your loss history, which indicates $20,000 in premiums paid from 2017 until now, along with a total of $58,943 in claims. Unfortunately, the cumulative loss incurred by State Farm on your homeowners policy amounts to $38,943.00 over a span of 7 years. "Couldn’t keep my policy separate from another person with the same last name. He had my parents policy but staff weren’t able to correctly help us with policy changes for them, one being the phone number. After Ryan’s response that I was not a customer only validates why I changed agents. I was a customer since he took over for Jeff Pfieffer."
